The STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill is a haven for meat lovers with prime cuts of the world's finest meat, seared to perfection on Hong Kong's only charcoal grill. The restaurant also has an elaborate salad bar and an eclectic selection of condiments including twelve special blended mustards and eight exotic rock salts. An intimate winebar features over 300 superb international wines.

Cuisine

Beef is the main fare on the menu, with A5 Japanese Wagyu (Filet Mignon and Striploin) and "Kobe Cuisine" Australian Wagyu (Striploin Grade 8, Rib Steak Grade 8 or Rib Eye Grade 9, all aged 450 days) as well as USDA Certified Prime Beef, 120-day grain fed beef from Australia plus beef from Argentina.

Other options include Yonezawa Pork Loin, Australian Lamb, Dutch Milk Fed Veal Chop and Dutch Veal Petit Filet Mignon. There are also Skewer Combo selections of Beef, Lamb and Chicken or Seafood (King Prawns, Scallops & Garoupa), plus a daily rotisserie item. Non-beef eaters can select from Boston Lobster, Tasmanian Salmon Steak, Jumbo King Prawns, Cajun Tuna Steak and Chilean Seabass -- all prepared on charcoal grill.

Dining at THE STEAK HOUSE is a feast for the palate and senses. Special touches and extras add to the experience. Choose from a selection of ten different gourmet steak knives, a selection of blended mustards and eight exotic rock salts imported from around the world.
In addition to the garden fresh salad bar, a la carte starters offer options from fresh Oysters on the half shell, Prawn cocktail and New Orleans style crabcake to Duck foie gras terrine or Pan-fried duck foie gras and Lobster bisque.

Oversized desserts are indulgent temptations. Forget calories when you indulge in the Cheesecake. Save room for the decadent Chocolate Fondant, Grand Marnier Soufflé or our traditional Apple Pie.

Sunday Lunch

THE STEAK HOUSE Sunday Lunch includes an abundant salad bar, soup and your choice of main course from the charcoal grill with side dishes and homemade sauces. Indulge in a decadent dessert buffet and enjoy unlimited wine from our sommelier's selections.

Every Sunday: 12:00 noon - 14:30 pm
HK$518.00 per adult, HK$338.00 per child (plus 10% service charge)

The Winebar

The stylish and intimate winebar features over 300 labels of superb international wines and over 3,000 bottles from around the globe (USA, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain and Portugal). There is also a large selection of wines by the glass with approximately 10 red and 10 white wines.

Seating: 100 people.

Dress Code: Smart Casual Attire.

Restaurant: Daily from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm for dinner and Sundays from 12:00 noon - 14:30 pm for lunch.
Winebar: Monday to Friday & Public Holidays from 6:00 pm to 12:00 midnight and every Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
